Astha or Andhvishwas(Faith or Blind Faith)

Hi Friends,

I am here to share my feelings about few of the rituals, which I felt is on the name of god we are molesting ourself. These days I am in Mumbai.I really found something unusual when we call ourself a developed or developing nation and behave like our ancient ancestors who were having the blind faith of any of the rituals.
Today I saw lots of people injured themselves on the name of tradition.I don't know the name of this tradition, but I will try to upload a video which can help you to understand it in much better way.
Here you can see that few of the people has nailed themselves with iron rods etc.If this is the scenario of a developed nation then don't you think that still we have to grow alot.Today one side on the name of modernization our elders saying that we have ruined the culture. But today whatever I saw is another example of barbarism can say after Sati ritual.
This is a request to all of the friends who are familiar with these rituals, that kindly unite together and try to discourage these entity for public display. As this encourage another world of Blind Faith.

Kindly let me know your views, after watching snap. And for the video you just mail me.I would like to share it with you.

Stress Management

I went across 24 years of my life and did lot of research in the versatile fields. And in every organization I felt that the growth of organization and an individual lead them to the growth of stress over an Individual and in my perception individuals make an organization and if they are in stress then that hinders the growth of organization.

I felt that today either most of the people never want to accept that they are undergoing stress at the moment. But if I am not wrong then the person who was never in the stress, that person never lived their life or never did anything passionately. Stress is the physical or emotional reaction of our mind which begins with headache and lead to paralysis and sometimes very serious like brain hemorrhage.

Stress can be of many types, it may be because of:

1. Performance pressure

2. Relational pressure

3. Environmental pressure

4. Social pressure

5. Economical pressure

And few more. The fact of life is that no one can avoid this stress. Whoever gives you the training over stress management also once in life suffered from stress. This is one thing which very emotionally attached to an individual so no one can describe it in ppt or any maths calculation (permutation/combination).Solutions can only be obtained by the person who came out of it successfully. Even today I can write over this issue just because I am well aware of it and known to its effect as well as solutions to come out of it. So friends in any case whenever you feel that you are in stress first remember that 'all is well' then if it will not work then I will be always there for you.

10 Tips to Improve your Self-esteem

1. Know what you want.

You can't assess where you are in your journey if you have no idea what you want to have in life. You also will not be able to judge whether you've been doing a good job or just so-so.
Set goals that are clear and doable. Make sure that these are things you want to do and attain, and not things your parents, family, friends and colleagues insist you 'should' have. Is it just the latest trends that dictate your aspirations? If so, you will never catch up and be satisfied. You can only claim your goals as your own if you recognize them as things you truly, genuinely want in your life.

2. Assess your good points.

List the things that you do well and the things that make you a good person. It could be anything intelligence, a good sense of humor, good analytical ability, compassion, creativity, ability to spot trends, people skills, things that you have and recognize as an integral part of your personality and talents. No matter how low you feel in your life, these are qualities that you never lose.

3. Recognize your liabilities.

Improving your self-esteem does not mean ignoring the things that make you human. To be human is to make mistakes, just do not let them keep you stuck. List your negative traits and label them as areas in your life you need to work on, areas for improvement. Treating them as downright liabilities will make them seem an unalterable feature of your life and create a feeling that you are helpless against them.

4. Build slowly but surely.

Take little steps to improve your self-esteem. Big successes build upon small successes. You can't decide to change your outlook drastically today and expect extreme results in the morning. By taking it slowly and performing well during each turn, you gradually build a solid base of achievements that will boost your self-esteem more effectively.

5. Make it a point to improve yourself daily.

Whatever you do, say or think should be geared towards improving your self-esteem. Improve the way you dress, walk or talk. Take further studies to hone your knowledge and skills, learn a new language, take up cooking classes, start a new hobby.Being able to immerse yourself in worthwhile activity creates a feeling of capability and opens new opportunities for growth.

6. Keep away from people who shoot you down with snide remarks and unfair criticisms. Associate with positive people. There will always be grouches and negativists who will think nothing about giving careless opinions that make other people think unworthy of praise or recognition. If you find people who make it their life mission to belittle other people's achievements, keep your distance. They will not contribute anything good to your life.

7. Be yourself.

You'll never improve your self-esteem if you try to live life and find acceptance as a projected mask of yourself. Pretending to be someone you're not will fail to affirm your uniqueness and potential and will only make you sadder about your circumstance. You can't make everyone love you, so don't try.

8. Make other people feel good about themselves.

People tend to like you more if you're honest and pleasant. Polish your listening skills and body language to make people feel comfortable. Respond to them visibly and with interest.
You might think that this is the opposite of what you want to do to improve your self-esteem but by actually focusing your attention on other people, you create an aura of likeability that they gravitate towards, making them choose you over others. And when you are singled out as a
good person who's terrific to be with, your self-esteem grows.

9. You have the right to make mistakes.

Nobody's perfect, regardless of what you've heard or what popular media wants you to believe. By accepting that you will make mistakes and that it's all right, you learn to recognize that it is a necessary process you need to go through in order for you to improve yourself.

10. Recognize that you are a unique individual with a different set of talents and that you have something to contribute. You may not be a big celebrity like Justin Timberlake, as rich as Bill Gates or as powerful as Oprah Winfrey, but your individuality makes you as important as they are, with as much right to exist and make something of yourself.
Need your inputs also.

Success is not a miracle

When I was kid, I heard lot of people saying that only lucky people use to get success but is it true? But my perspective is entirely different to this, success is the self written script requires lot of efforts, passion and ultimatly sacrifices.Previous to initialising all this first we need to know what is success.

Success is getting the single drop of water for a thirsty person after searching for unpredictable time or success is the win of the looser who lost even himself in the journey of life.

Success is an attitude to move ahead and accomplish anything positively in a well framed manner so that even the failure of the situation will fade infront of the success of the previous accomplishments, and help you to keep happy with the outstanding environment.

Need you valuable inputs.

Diversity in Unity

Well everyone would be surprised after seeing the title of this blog. But if you watch the recent happenings in india closely you would say that this is the apt title for this blog.
Yes am going to discuss about the ongoing spat of Andhra & Maharashtra issue. I am not going to talk about the
actual issue here but the way that some peoples are trying to develop the animosity between two communities using this issue for some gains.

I am proud when people here in US describe Bangalore as the silicon valley of India. I am equally proud when the same people call Chennai as the Detroit of south asia. Both these cities not only make their states proud but also the whole india. Its very disturbing to see that some elements create rift between these two states and trying to get mileage on it.If chennai is called the Detroit of south asia its not only because of tamilians but also by the peoples from all over the india working here. The same applies to Bangalore, Bombay and other cities.
So if some issue occurs between two states its not good for the integrity of the country by doing agitation and attacking innocent peoples who are going offices, hospitals, schools etc.

Hi Friends,
I just want to make a difference and request you all friends that you all please must change your way.It is really very unpleasing matter for us that today in modern ERA we are killing ourselves every moment and hurting ourself by taking poison in the form of harmful gases during our breathe.Trying to avoid sun because of UV rays.Just because of us we can say that we are loosing the future of our next generation. And loosing the future is not like loosing an election or some points in stock market, it is far way ahead of it.This discussion I am initializing just to make you all aware of the fact that the sin which we are committing everyday can lead our next generation directly to Cemetery. If this is what we would like to give our next generation as patrimony or lets take the responsibility and try to provide our valuable support the make this polluted environment clean again.
Thanks and waiting for your response eagerly.

What Are Good Communication Skills?

Communication a real mystery which till now very complicated to explain.Communication is it the same by which baby share the feelings to their mom or one animal share feeling with other.Communication as per as my opinion is a way of sharing feelings with the surroundings. As hope we all has analyzed ourself properly in this world whatever we say always related to our feelings. So good communication involves proper sharing of feelings/messages is may be in the form of speech/written or listen.A good communicator is a good listener and the best they can express...Communication is how much best you can express yourself to others.
Please let me know your views over it.Waiting for your views.
